Rock Herk, which is often considered as one of the best alternative music festivals in Belgium, announces more new names for the 2011 edition.

A mix of local talent, Belgian promising bands and some international alternative artists are added to the already international line up.

If you are still in doubt of coming to Herk-de-Stad on July 15th and 16th, here are eight new good reasons to show up:

KILL FRENZY

Great local act which reminds of Mr. Oizo. And that's a compliment.

JAKES

MC and producer of some amazing British dubstep.

LITTLE TROUBLE KIDS

Newest Belgian sensation. Two lovers make catchy noise pop on a distorted acoustic guitar and a homemade drum machine.

KABUL GOLF CLUB

"Twisted rock!". The Sore Losers are big fans.

PSYCHO 44

Made the final of Humo's Rock Rally in 2010 and now score a first hit with "All My Demons Have Distortion".

OTTO VON SCHIRACH

Expect a crazy ride through his electronic hell. Worked already with Venetian Snares, Modeselektor and Mike Patton.

CONFORM SQUAD

Six local drum 'n' bass weirdos. They already played at several sold-out parties and will be doing exactly that at Rock Herk. Conform Squad exists of Crucifix, Hidious, Iridium, Speedwagon, Stykz and Alert.

MORE THAN LIFE

According to Metal Hammer the best band of the contemporary British hardcore scene. We're looking forward to their coming!

With this additions, the line up of the 29th edition of Rock Herk is almost complete. Some more names will be added the upcoming weeks.
