To get a refund for tickets after the cancellation of Royal Blood's concerts on Thursday 20th and Friday 21st November in Barcelona and Madrid, respectively, you must follow the instructions given by the sales point where they were bought.

And if you prefer you can keep the ticket, as it will be valid for the concerts that the bands will give in Barcelona and Madrid. The dates of these concerts will be announced in the next few days.

- Ticketmaster at physical sales points in authorised establishments: Fnac, Carrefour, Halcón Viajes and others
The ticket holder must go to the sales point where the ticket was bought from the 24th November to the 23rd December (inclusive), and hand in the original ticket in perfect condition. The ticket refund will be paid directly to the person concerned at the sales point.

- Ticketmaster on Internet, mobile and telephone  
The ticketholder must apply for the ticket refund through the following link http://ayuda.ticketmaster.es/?lang=es or by pone at this number 902 15 00 25. The period for refunds is from the 24th November to the 23rd December (inclusive). The ticket refund will be paid directly into the account used to make the purchase.

- Atrapalo
The ticket holder must apply for the ticket refund by sending an email to infoespectaculos@atrapalo.com. The period for refunds is from the 24th November to the 23rd December (inclusive). The ticket refund will be paid directly into the account used to make the purchase.

- Portal Primavera Sound
The ticket holder must apply for the ticket refund by sending an email to portal@primaverasound.com with the subject "Application for Royal Blood ticket refund". The period for refunds is from the 24th November to the 23rd December (inclusive). The ticket refund will be paid directly into the account used to make the purchase.

- La Botiga del Primavera Sound
The ticket holder must go to La Botiga from the 24th November to the 23rd December (inclusive) and hand in the original ticket in perfect condition. The ticket refund will be paid directly to the person concerned in La Botiga.
