The latest additions to ADE's conference program include Balearic/Chill Out legend Jose Padilla appearing in The New Ibiza is.....Ibiza!, as well as Shazam's Will Mills taking part in Apps: I Pad Therefore I Am, Andrea von Foerster of Firestarter Music curating the Composers' Workshop and Joost van Bellen plus Ciaran Dawson of We Own appearing on Fashion Rules - Merchandise Matters! The Boutique Festivals: Big Isn't Beautiful? panel will feature Dutch DJ and musician Gert "Quazar' van Veen and Sjoerd Wynia of AIR Amsterdam. DJ Feedback - How To Make a DJ REALLY Listen to Your Track, is moderated by Dave Clarke, with panelists Dean Muhsin of Dispersion, Musiqware.com's Herman Verkade and Exclusive Promo's Adam Carter.Previously confirmed daytime attractions include a Q&A with Boy George, who will be discussing his new label, being back in the Top 100 DJs list and much more alongside Carl Cox moderating The (Dance) World According To Carl Cox. Other confirmed topics include DA! Focus on Russia, featuring guests Mike Spirit of the SWMC, Kazantip's Yury Marychev and Julia Govor of Miller TV. Tiesto's manager Michael Cohen will be appearing on How to Crack America, and the TalkShow - In The Clouds features Laura Sykes of Ninja Tune, Tom Roberts of Freerange/Tribal DDB, Soundcloud's Dave Haynes and Sentric's Phil Cooper. Other topics and speakers lined-up include Staying Alive: How To Survive and Thrive Long Term in Today's Music Industry with James Barton of Cream; I Pad Therefore I Am featuring Gareth Williams of Liine, and The End of the Free Era? with lawyer Deborah de Angelis of A-DJ.
